Meet Krys

A Movement Coach that helps people reach goals in and out of the gym.

As someone who always struggled with body image and weight related trials, I am happy to share my experiences and techniques to help impact the changes you want in your lifestyle!

Motherhood has taught me a thing or two about what our bodies can handle and how kindness and compassion to ourselves will yield the greatest reward. As long as you show up, we will get some movement in.

I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with 7 years experience in Neuromuscular Re-Education (Posture) training along with postpartum, weight loss, strength, and mobility training. I firmly believe that we have the ability to be the healthiest community; mind,  body and spirit!
